Meet your coach.

Have you ever felt that something was missing or you needed more? Well that was me a few years ago. Hi, my name is Patty & I am a life coach. I am happily married & have been for 30 years. I am a working mother of 5 children (the youngest has 4 paws). My oldest has made me a grandmother this year as well which has been so enjoyable for me. Yearly vacations are a must especially when they include lots of sunshine and palm trees. Some of my pass times are date nights, turning off social media and reading a book, going on evening walks & the given, caring for my family. But, for many years I was always on the go, pulled many directions, juggling work, home, kids, soccer practice/games, & tournaments. This was my life & I loved every minute of it. One day it hit me, three of my four kids were now grown, adulting & becoming independent. So now what? Where does that leave me? This is where the shift happened, it was time to focus on me, what I wanted & more so needed. Who am I now? How do I fill my time? After some deep soul-searching I discovered I wanted to continue helping people. I want to share my life experiences and help others figure out what they are missing or want to improve on. I aspire to be a point person, deep listener, motivator & safe space for my clients. It is such a joy to witness the breakthroughs my clients experience when they figure out what they are missing or reach a goal. I am in a much better place now, lets find yours!

What is life coaching?

A life coach is a sacred companion on your soul’s journey, someone who walks beside you as you remember who you truly are and what you’re here to do. Coaching is not about giving answers, but about holding space for the answers already within you to rise to the surface.

Together, coach and client enter into a partnership rooted in trust, presence, and deep listening. Through this connection, we explore where you are, where your heart longs to be, and what patterns or beliefs might be dimming your light.

A coach offers spiritual guidance as well as practical support, helping you align your outer goals with your inner truth. From that place of alignment, we co-create meaningful action steps that feel inspired, not forced, actions that arise from intuition, clarity, and purpose.

The coaching relationship becomes a container for transformation: a space where your soul is witnessed, your growth is celebrated, and your journey is honored. A coach gently holds you accountable while reminding you of your wholenesseven when the path feels uncertain.

In essence, a life coach helps you return home to yourself.
